End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Zuko Media LLC and governs your use of the Mix Universe game and all associated software, updates, and materials. By downloading, installing, or using the game, you accept all terms. THE GAME IS LICENSED TO YOU AND NOT SOLD.

You warrant that you have read and understand this EULA, that all information you provide is truthful, and that you agree to be bound by its terms. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept on your behalf.

Zuko Media LLC reserves the right to amend this EULA by posting updates at mixuniverse.net/eula. Continued use constitutes acceptance of amendments.

Application of EULA and Access to Software

This EULA governs the game client software, updates, upgrades, and related documentation. The company does not guarantee reissues, replacements, or indefinite support. Updates may be mandatory to continue playing.

Access requires: legally acquiring the software, installation, and EULA acceptance. The software alone does not grant play rights. Users bear costs for hardware, internet, and required services. Playing may require separate agreements, account creation, and subscription.

Limited License Grant and Terms of Use

The software and game are owned by Zuko Media LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The company grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You cannot reproduce, sublicense, broadcast, modify, rent, lease, or distribute the software. Reverse engineering and decompiling are expressly prohibited. You must not use unauthorized servers, emulators, or third-party modifications such as addons, hacks, cheats, trainers, or mods.

All in-game characters, objects, and attributes remain Zuko Media LLC's property.

User Content

Zuko Media LLC does not own what you make in Mix Universe. However, you cannot sell your creations, as the game is a game first and a digital workstation second.

When sharing content, you understand others may use, reproduce, broadcast, and display it worldwide without compensation. You warrant you have necessary rights to uploaded content.

Zuko Media LLC receives a worldwide and royalty-free intellectual property license to use user content for providing and improving the game. Regarding licensed music edits, licensors retain ownership of audio derivatives, though Zuko Media LLC retains ownership of graphical and gameplay elements.

Virtual Currency and Digital Content

Virtual currency has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or goods beyond specified digital content. Purchases require being at least 18 years old. Virtual Currency is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Digital content licenses last until the earlier of: two years from purchase or account termination. Unused Virtual Currency may expire after 24 months of non-use.

Privacy and Data

Zuko Media LLC collects gameplay statistics, scores, rankings, achievements, and user-created content. Personal data is collected per the Privacy Policy.

The company reserves the right to monitor and store information you send or receive. Collected data includes name, age, contact details, system configuration, gameplay time, and microtransactions.

Termination and Availability

Zuko Media LLC may withdraw or modify the game and terminate this EULA at any time without liability. The company may terminate immediately without notice for non-compliance, EULA violations, intellectual property infringement, or endangering public order.

You may terminate by informing Zuko Media LLC in writing. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy software copies.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The software and game are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults, without any warranty. The company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permissible, Zuko Media LLC is not liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from game use or inability to use. Your sole remedy is ceasing game use and canceling your account. Total combined liability does not exceed amounts actually paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Zuko Media LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and business partners from all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your game use, EULA violations, or posted materials.

General

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement regarding the software and supersedes prior understandings. If any provision is illegal or unenforceable, the remainder is amended to achieve the original intent. Failure to exercise rights does not constitute waiver.
